Kirkcaldy club will be closed  from the 17th July to the 4th August.   Last session is Thursday 16th July and first one back is the 4th of August.   We look forward to seeing you after the holidays.   Have a nice break everyone.

Hullo everyone, I hope you don't mind me using this medium for this info but my next door neighbour's friend is cycling the length of South America for charity. Please everyone spread the word and if you can make a wee donation so much the better. Hi All up-date of the progress being made at  glenrothes martial arts centre we now have new heaters in both dojos

Next target is to get more mats and improve the ones we have
